1.) Hey Harper, welcome back to Nookies! Tell us about yourself, such as your background, ethnicity, and where you are from. Who is Harper Hill?
So I was born and raised in Florida. I spent a lot of my childhood at the beach or floating around in a pool somewhere. Probably why I have so many freckles, lol. I’m primarily of European descent, and my family has roots in North and South Carolina, so I grew up around a lot of Southern culture. Some of my favorite memories are spending time in my grandmother’s kitchen while she made cornbread or biscuits and just all kinds of Southern food. As for Harper Hill, she’s sweet, playful, and a little bit mischievous. Fans often describe me as the girl next door, and I think that’s what makes me unique. What you see on camera is pretty close to who I am in real life, which is an approachable, bubbly, slightly nerdy girl who’s always up for a little fun 🙂
2.) What are some fun, cool, or interesting facts about you that may surprise your fans?
Most people are surprised to learn that I’m actually pretty shy when I first meet someone. And they’re like, how are you shy if you do porn? In front of the camera, I’m confident and outgoing, but in real life I’m much more of a homebody than people would expect. I would say I’m an introvert but once you get to know me, I’m a yapper. I love to talk. You won’t get me to stop talking sometimes. My mind goes a mile a minute lol. I love anything to do with beauty. I can spend hours researching skincare, beauty treatments, hair, and makeup products. I’m a girly girl through and through. Anything pink and sparkly makes me happy. Designer bags are also a weakness. I love a good Louis Vuitton. I’m also a huge animal lover, even though I don’t currently have any pets of my own. I dream about having a tiny Chihuahua or a Bengal kitten someday when life slows down a little. Lately, I’ve also become completely obsessed with cruising. Give me a cozy night at home, a good podcast, and a vacation to look forward to, and I’m happy.
3.) What inspired your decision to become a pornstar?
I’ve always had a bit of a sexually adventurous side, so the adult industry wasn’t as surprising of a career choice for me as it might seem. At the time, I was working a more traditional job as a medical assistant and secretary at a doctor’s office. I actually did that for 8 years, but I wanted something that offered more freedom and flexibility. When I first started doing porn, one of the things that surprised me most was how much confidence it gave me. I was on set thinking to myself, “well, I’m here because people want to see me naked, and that’s pretty freakin cool, I must be kinda hot right?” Lol and I still try to remind myself that when it seems kind of surreal. Being in front of the camera helped me come out of my shell and become more comfortable with myself. It’s been really rewarding to see people connect with my content and appreciate my work. Especially for someone who never truly felt appreciated working my traditional jobs in the past. It’s a nice feeling when fans are like “we love this!”
4.) What kind of roles or scene-types do you feel showcase you at your sexiest?
I’ve always felt sexiest in the sweet, flirty girl-next-door roles because they’re the closest to who I am in real life. I love being the cute girl with a naughty side. I get cast a lot as the stepmom or dad’s girlfriend, and those roles are fun because they let me be a little more seductive. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve definitely started to appreciate my dominant side more, but I’m still mostly submissive at heart. Honestly, some of my favorite scenes are just straight up gonzo scenes where I get to be the hot girl everyone wants. I love a good gonzo scene. I’m terrible at playing angry characters though, lol. I’m such an easygoing person that acting mad is actually harder for me than any of the sexy stuff.
5.) How do you psyche yourself up before a shoot, and how do you unwind after a long day on set?
Before a shoot, I usually like to take my time getting ready. Having my hair and makeup done helps me get into the mood, especially if I’m having a good makeup day, lol. Having the perfect lingerie and outfit picked out for the scene also helps. Once I’m there, I try not to overthink things. As an anxiety girly, I just remind myself to have fun and enjoy the experience. I like to chat with the male talent before the scene if possible so we can get a vibe going, or at least figure out what the vibe is going to be. It’s always awesome when you work with someone you have natural chemistry or attraction to. Sometimes at the end of the day I’m like, “Wait… I can’t believe I’m getting paid for this?” But there are good days and bad days like any other job, I guess.
After a long day on set, I’m honestly pretty boring. Usually it’s just a hot shower, food, and time to relax. If I’ve been traveling, there’s nothing better than getting home, putting on comfy clothes, and sleeping in my own bed.
6.) Last year you went through breast enhancement surgery (they look incredible!!). Can you share details about your journey — what made you decide to do it, how the whole process was for you, and how you feel about it now?
I’ve wanted bigger boobs for as long as I can remember, so it wasn’t exactly a spontaneous decision. I remember being a kid and seeing Playboy and models like Anna Nicole Smith and Pam Anderson and being like yep I’m gonna get some of those big boobs one day. Then once I started seeing myself on camera and my first scenes began coming out, it definitely influenced me even more. I wanted to improve my appearance, and my natural breasts were a little uneven, so that probably sped up the process. The surgery itself wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. I went over the muscle with 465cc implants, and my recovery was actually pretty smooth. I was incredibly nervous before the procedure, but once it was over, I was so happy I did it. My first thought was basically, “Oh my God, I have boobs. Big boobs. This is amazing!” 😂 They took me from my smaller natural 34C chest to a 32DDD, which was always the look I wanted.
I still love them just as much today. Honestly, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. They gave me a huge confidence boost, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
7.) Are there any performers (male, or female, or trans) you haven’t worked with yet but would love to? Or any you would love to shoot with again?
There are definitely a few performers I’d love to work with someday, but honestly, one of my favorite things about this industry is meeting new people and seeing who I naturally click with on set. Sometimes the best scenes come from working with someone you didn’t know much about beforehand and discovering you have amazing chemistry.
As for people I’d love to shoot with again, there have been quite a few. Whenever you work with someone who’s professional, easygoing, and has great chemistry with you, it’s always exciting to get paired up again because you already know you’re going to have a great time. I’ve been cast with GI Joey several times, and he’s always fun to work with. He’s super kind, has great energy, and somehow manages to be both incredibly masculine and incredibly sweet at the same time. He’s also ridiculously attractive and has a massive cock, which definitely doesn’t hurt. And Parker Savage, who’s actually my co-star in my upcoming Nookies scene, was great to work with as well. It’s funny because we were supposed to collaborate a while ago, but our schedules never lined up. 10.) What are your personal goals or aspirations for the future, both within and outside the industry?
Honestly, I feel like I’m just getting started. Within the industry, my goal is to keep growing, work with more amazing studios and performers, and continue pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. Every year I want to become a better performer than I was the year before.
Outside of the industry, I want to keep traveling and experiencing new things. More than anything, I just want to keep building a life that makes me happy and continue becoming the best version of myself.
